I decide to join the 5'o clock club today. I have been reading a lot of about this common trait most successful people possess- "They wake up early and get going"
I wanted to inculcate this habit from today. I've also read in a lot of Personality development journals that it takes 66 days of training to make a habit sustain.
So, here I go Day1.
What you do is not the question. Keep doing it. You might be tired but keep going. After all it is what you've asked for.
Listen to MindShift video. It is deep and very inspiring.
Write down these goals( better impact) and your schedule for the day. Remind yourself of your goals.
4. 7:00 - 7:30 AM- learning something new. I decided to start reading about The Gita.
It felt a bit tiring and refreshing. I always thrived to be a morning person. Its just a matter of time i guess :)
Tell yourself everyday- I got what it takes, This is my day and nothing out here is going to stop me.

How to get started?
- Watch this video: How to wake up early by Robin Sharma
- Tell yourself when you sleep that you must wake up at 5 AM. Tell it out loud at least 10 times (this way your sub conscious is aware of it)
- Give yourself a strong reason to get up in the morning- It can be for a workout/ to study/ to just enjoy a good sunrise. Whatever your reason is have a solid focus on it.
- Set multiple alarms and place the devices as far as possible- you know why :P
So, here I go Day1.
- Got up at 5:11 AM after snoozing 2 out of 4 alarms I set.
- 5:20- 6:00 AM- Yoga and physical training.
